I was really enamored by this watch when I purchased it (through Amazon). It's gold/blue contrast makes for an elegant look that didn't cost much (only $132). Upon receiving the watch, I find that it is very accurate keeping time. After setting it two weeks, ago, the time is off maybe a few seconds at most (maybe I was just lucky). I have a couple problems with the watch as of today. The first problem is the clasp. I find that in wearing the watch for a few hours, the clasp routinely and frustratingly comes undone. It makes the watch feel un-sturdy and cheap, which is never a good feeling to have about any product you purchase. Secondly, and much to my chagrin, the "stainless steel" casing is not scratch-proof. I am convinced that the jeweler created the scratch on the watch, and that it would be very difficult to scratch it accidentally; however, it is frustrating that it scratched at all. Because I do not wish to agitate my parents, I will not mention either of these flaws, and hopefully the watch will grow on me. It still looks beautiful and goes well with almost any outfit. I will say this: I probably will not buy a Seiko again.

I bought one like this on board a ship for $250.00, as a gift. I liked it so much, that I looked for it online when I got home. I happily found it here for almost half the price. Although it is a man's watch, I think it is so cool that I will wear it myself!

Nice looking watch altho the date is a bit hard to see with my old eyes. This is my third Seiko watch,I save about half buying from Amazon compared to the local Seiko outlet store. Seiko has decent customer support. Good luck with yours.
