I bought this watch after being "joked" at Christmas with Tag Heuer knock off from China. For about 5 seconds I thought it was a real one until I looked closely. I was insulted and tossed it in the garbage where it belonged. I can't believe anybody would give a FAKE (bad one at that) watch as a Christmas gift. Then I went out looking for a real watch and found this one. Thin, hidden clasp and a clean silver look. It stood out from all the other gaudy, very thick watches in style now. It's basically a nice simple watch. Has a 12 hour main watch, 24 hour indicator, a 60 second second hand in it's own indicator, and day of the month/week. It has a Sapphire crystal which makes it more scratch resistant than other watches using mineral glass or plastic obviously. "A designer knows he has reached perfection not when there is nothing left to add, but when there is nothing left to take away." - Antoine De Saint Exupery ... I think this watch falls more in line with that quote than most watches sold today. Seiko watches are good enough for me. Affordable and good looking with decent movements. Much better than Citizen watches. Doesn't have a jewel movement, but uses a quartz movement which will last 20-25 years. After that when it dies your probably out of luck. I give it 5 stars for looks, 4 for the movement/functionality. You could knock it for not having a jeweled movement, no luminescence or stopwatch capability which limits it's functionality.

After very bad experience with this seller my advice is don't ever buy from worldofwatchesandgems and look somewhere else, you'll get another model or a used watch without any documentation for the highest price and will be charged all costs of shipping to you and shipping back plus 10% restocking and they might deduct 50% of your money accusing you that you used the watch. On top of that extremely rude language and lying and denying. They are just after your money. Be aware you are warned.

This is an extremely attractive and high quality timepiece. The photos do not do it justice. It is thinner than most watches at this price point and has some higher end features like a sapphire crystal face and seamless clasp. You can't tell from the pictures but the depth between the crystal face and the watch face itself is very shallow which makes it look like a much more expensive watch. The one thing I would note is that this watch does not have any nightime viewing capability. No luminescent markers. I bought this as a dress watch so that feature was not important to me. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. Pros: -Price -Sapphire Crystal Face -Thin -Seamless clasp Cons: -No nightime viewing (lacks luminescent markers)
