I've been looking for a watch to compliment my suit setup for trade shows and high end company presentations - this is the perfect balance of elegance and class. I'm so glad they named it the "jr sport" which sounds small so it probably didn't sell well, thus available for a fraction of what retail outlets charge for the new version. For me, the new version has too much gold, as the whole watch just screams "GOLD". The old two tone, in a trade show or fancy restaurant environment looks like a well accented half gold half stainless steel presentation - with that something the whole Movado mistique whispers "class" - and you can't get around it. Unless you want a Rolex, which doesn't keep as good a time and costs $500. to tune up every five years - or want to try your hand at other fancy brands, which at the end of the day all look like "every other watch" as my wife says - the black face Movado started in the 40's is tough to beat for quiet elegance with a twist of je ne sais pas. Darn the thing looks good on a wrist, and you just can't get around it. Thanks Amazon for stealing these things from a wherehouse somewhere so I could sneak into one!
