There I was, looking at myself in the mirror- petite, pretty, and with a figure that was the envy of all my friends. My eyes were shining with joy. I had just returned from an unforgettable date with my boyfriend. He had got down on his knees and proposed to me with a diamond engagement ring.

There I was, looking at myself in the mirror- petite, pretty, and with a figure that resembled an over sized Bridget Jones. Delivering two babies and looking after them, had taken a toll on my body and so had the change in my lifestyle.
Earlier, I had been a health freak- eating healthy food, going for daily morning walks and exercising regularly. Nowadays, the moment I get some time to myself, I flop onto the couch, watch my favorite serials or re-run and dig into a packet of potato chips. Not very inspiring, is it?
However, I had gotten frustrated of looking like a jumbo. I had to do something and fast. Going to the gym was not an option. I didn’t like leaving Nina with a baby sitter. So the next alternative was to buy fitness equipment. Since I loved walking I decided that I should buy a moderately priced treadmill.
Since my husband and I preferred to buy stuff online, we checked out the fitness range at become.com and decided to buy the ProForm 570 Crosswalk Treadmill. This allowed me to exercise before my television and then fold it up after exercising. The “CrossWalk” upper-body arms helped to tone my shoulders and back even while I derived all the benefits of a brisk walk. The treadmill also had a ProSoft Plus Impact-Reducing cushioning that reduces the strain on my legs. Moreover the built in Interactive “Audio CrossTrainer” helps me to take full advantage of the structured workouts.
As of now, I am quite determined to regain my hitherto figure. Wish me luck!
